It will require you to “switch” between your current mail profile and Office 365 profile. Section II takes you through the steps of setting up a new Outlook profile (if you already have one).Section I has instructions on how to set up Outlook with Office 365 from a fresh Outlook install.The good news is that you don’t necessarily need to wipe your old profile, if you don’t want to. This means that if you’ve already set up other email accounts in Outlook, you will likely need to create a new profile (you don’t have to re-install everything but you will need to create a new profile for Outlook 365 and switch between them). The main thing you have to remember is that you may need to start with a fresh Outlook profile *. If you have a Surface Pro/2, you will have to purchase and install Office 2013 with Outlook.
